That's exactly it. Some doofus found a way to fool Wiimmfi into thinking that he's the friend room host even when he's not, and people started abusing that and randomly kicking a bunch of people from friend rooms. The current kicking page is pretty old (since there wasn't really a need to update it before), and it doesn't yet have access to all the new information Wiimmfi has regarding who's actually the room host. Wiimm's been planning to rewrite that kick page, but that's a bit complicated and he's also busy with more important Wiimmfi stuff.
