These are all from the same Wii, and the ghost creation dates range from July 23rd to 25th, 2008 (for reference, the Korean version of the game was likely built on July 17th, 2008, according to the Mario Kart Channel data).
Did XeR ever shared a save file backup of his, or similar, while showcasing the Chinese rankings? We could possibly still recover some useful data regarding the Chinese rankings from them, from both rksys.dat and wc24dl.vff. Even if the game doesn't show them, there could still be leftover remnant data.
