I've found an old conversation (almost five years ago) between me and the friend who first called me Cealgair. She was telling me about some superstitions around 3:20 AM being the witches' time or the devil's time, and she told me that many sleep paralysis episodes happen at around that time. And yep, five years later I can say it happened to me too.
