There is no more water. You can still go out of bounds if you drive out far enough.

Water no longer slows you down. The dark water parts no longer registers as being out of bounds. However, if you drive out into the ocean far enough, you will still go out of bounds.

Camera Distance Modifier [davidevgen]
Code changes the distance of the camera from the character. The farther away the camera (higher the value), the more the camera view gets warped/stretched.
