Exhaust, MT Spark Size, and other Animations Modifier [CosmoCortney]
Also known as Insane Exhaust Gases Code when floating point value is 41100000. This code effects things such as character spin animation after selection, drifting mark size, MT spark size, exhaust gas size, etc.

3F000000 = Character will not make a full spin after selection. Virtually no exhaust gases from kart. MT sparks, drift sparks, etc are small. Game seems to run a tiny bit faster/smoother.
3F800000 = Default
41100000 = Essentially a Matrix/Lag code. Character spins in a crazy fashion after selection. Exhaust gases, sparks, etc are so huge, they lag the game. Online: Untested, may just cause you to get disconnected.
