Wiimmfi and dolphin with Wii nand

So guys, my brother wanted to play MKWii in dolphin, so I dumped my Wii nand, and deleted a license when loaded dolphin and entered in wiimmfi (it worked fine)

My doubt is, can I get banned if I play at the same time in my Wii and him in dolphin? Or somehow my nand get banned because it's been played in dolphin? I'm really afraid about that

depends on your save data. idk how it really works but thats all i know

You won't get banned, iirc the only potential issue is it not working if you both try to use the same license at the same time
