Updated Item Rain Code

Thank you for creating this code. While testing this code I combine Mr Beans all items can land and the code above. For some reason some items drop but then randomly disappear after couple seconds. Not giving the player any time to actually grab it. I posted a video running it in. Please mind my driving i was using mouse and keyboard
Dolphin 5.0-10621 and a MKW JPN ISO.

All these issues are present in NTSC-U and I'm assuming all other versions

I'm 99% sure this is not a bug, but simply the limit on how manys items can appear at the same time.
