In regards to the codes you posted that you couldn't get working.

1. Don't ever get codes off other websites. Most codes on other websites are fake, faulty, buggy, or simply don't work. Stick to codes only on these forums.

2. I went ahead and configured two instances of Bully's Always Have Item code (https://mkwii.com/showthread.php?tid=50).
