How to Port Codes to other Regions

Hello, thanks for your thread I successfully port a "04" NTSC code to PAL. However, except "C2" and "04" codes how can We port codes which are "48000000" ?

For exemple : 
48000000 8032E274
DE000000 80008180
120002C0 0000C3C8
E0000000 80008000

I don't think these codes goes to the first line of the ram for both region..

Any tips ?
