Its set the very moment you see the lottery occuring. Code hooked at first parent that calls SELECT_Get_Winning_Track. This parent gets executed 2+ times with all times at the very start (first few frames) of the lottery.
I've tested WW, Regional, Room, Host, non-Host, picking tracks, picking random, 1 player in room using code, all players using code, etc. Code appears to work as it should.
