I know that there are a lot of item spy codes out here but one major problem that I found was the difficult to know which of your opponents had the right item, especially when playing with purely random items mode.
I don't have advanced knowledge about coding but I realized this concept with Photoshop on how the item spy of my dreams could look like

My idea was to have a code that works in a similar way like stebler's Items on Minimap, where the character minimap icons (except your head of course) were placed at the side of the screen and next to them would appear the icon of the respective item that the opponents would have instead of having ID numbers.
This way it would be easier to understand who is holding the item and I hope it's possible to make a working version of this code, especially for the offline.
