[REQUEST] CPU Difficulty changer for Grand Prix

As far as I know, Grand Prix CCs also set the CPU's at a set difficulty, with 50cc being easy cpus, 100cc being normal cpus, and 150cc being harder cpus. I would love to be able to change these, say to like make it so all grand prix classes are hard mode for a challenge.
