(Request) Do not end singleplayer race until all racers cross finish line

Apologies if such a code already exists, I could not find one. The code should work in singleplayer races (particularly grand prix) and make it so the races does not end when player 1 completes the final lap, but instead whenever whichever racer (player 1 or a cpu) finishes the final lap.
