IIRC when I tested this ages ago, it also effects the physical boundary of the explosion too.

After short testing this code only changes the visual size of the explosion. Was the "Blue Shell Effect Size Modifier Code" ever released?
If not, I'll look for the address. Shouldn't be too hard.

is there a way to have this scale the size of the explosion particles too like how how the bob omb explosion particles scale with its code?
