Just want to say that I am very inexperienced when it comes to coding, it can be frustrating to me if I don't have the right tools. To also point out, I don't use Dolphin, (until I get a new computer and updated to Linux) so my only source to test out texture hacks is through CTGP. However, when it comes for someone to assist me and learn about the tools to code, I could be very talented thanks to you and the community, it is very appreciated!
I don't have that much to say, but I am running an experiment where every player's region flag (no matter where they live) can be displayed in the middle of a race, just like Mario Kart 8, but I'll post the thread with much more information it'll cover.
