V Values:
3E800000 = Camera below character (ground level) pointing upward
3F800000 = Default
3FFFFFFE = Camera slightly above character pointing downward

NOTE: For values higher than the default number, activate once you are in the race/battle, or camera glitches may occur.

Thanks a lot for this code!

What should be the values for the X, Y and Z placeholders? Without the first two lines, the camera seems to glitch and overlay two different angles every time you are not on a completely straight line (i.e. a bump or drifting).

The XYZ placeholders are part of the controller activator & deactivator.

XXXX = Controller Address  (value depends on what kind of controller you are using and what region of MKW you are playing)
ZZZZ = Button (value depends on what button of the controller you are wanting to use)
YYYY = A hex formula of FFFF - ZZZZ.

The code is designed to have the same button be used for both activation and deactivation. When you first boot your game with this code equipped, the code is in the off state. Press your button to activate it (turn it on). Press again to turn if off. 

At the bottom of the post, you will see a NOTE that says to activate AFTER the race/battle has begun or else glitches will occur.
