As far I as can tell, it's not working.

The screen to choose change your char/veh doesn't come up at all. Tried both WWs and Room.

Ok, but you know how to use this code, because the code description is not quite correct.

On VR screen (where the VR of each player is shown before the course vote), you have to press START (on GCN-Controller) or + (on all other Controllers) to access the character/vehicle selection screen.


And you can't use it in friend rooms because the VR screen only shows up once.
