GeckoOS for HBC still exists. But everyone uses USB Loader GX now, it can also load cheats for your disc too if desired.
If you're talking about a USB Gecko, good luck finding one nowadays lol.

Yeah I used a USB with Gecko. I miss when I hacked, it was so much fun. I usually hacked to lose not to win I just liked messing with other racers
