Rainbow Various Elements [Spaghetti Noppers]
NOTE: Does NOT work on Dolphin Emulator.
Certain elements such as Lakitu's stop light will be effected. This code will cause your characters to cycle colors per race but it can be overridden with the Rainbow Character/Lakitu code so the colors cycle instantly. Rainbow Character/Lakitu can be found HERE.
