Sorry for the noob question, but I was wondering if it's possible to have this code to work on multiple controllers at the same time? (For example Wiimote and Gamecube)?

Not really if you don't rewrite the source to allow it.
Decompile the code, add in some more cmpwi's, branch, lis, ori, instructions for wiichuck base address. Compile it and test. I can't be asked to make a version like that myself as I have no motivation nor care.

Is it correct that this adress is called for every player resulting in teleporting all players to the same location (also CPUs)?
I maybe can find out the pointer for the Coordinates to make it work only for the player and not for the CPUs.

Yes the code does no check of any kind for a specific player, all players effected.
This XYZ position swapper I made awhile ago includes source to load your own XYZ or a desired CPU slot's XYZ
