Based off the Forced Item Code. This is detectable by CTGP IIB even with Anti Item Spy equipped.
NOTE: You CANNOT add this code multiple times in one GCT. There is a 'triple' version available HERE that allows you to select 3 items to replace. An even numbered version cannot be done as well.

whenever i put in the code it doesnt do anything, i tried to get it to replace triple shrooms with bloopers but it didnt do anything

Late reply but might as well.
This code has been tested and used by many users in the past. If you are having issues, then it may be one for more of the following reasons..
1. You're using the code on the Wiimmfi online service and that service is disabling the code
2. You didn't turn on cheat codes via Dolphin Config/USB-Loader/whatever
3. Your game has some patches that are disabling or interfering with the code
4. Another code(s) you have equipped is disabling or interfering with the code
Test offline on a clean un-patched game with no other codes equipped, and report back.
