Is it possible to create a code that ' Blooper's Ink Size Modifier On Screen' Codes Please?
I Was Try To Find The Red Shell Speed Code For Search All Site And Find This:048A0FD8 42960000-NTSC-U.
So I Was Test This Code For Use Dolphin Emulator But This Code Is '048A0FD8 42960000'=Player's Throwing Red Shell's Speed.
So Is There Someone Possible To Create The Codes More Exactly That 'Red Shell Speed Modifier' Code Please?

I guess it is possible to create a code to change the blooper ink size, but if you don't mind to use file modifications instead of a code, you can also change the blooper ink image files in either rkrace.breff or .breft (I don't remember exactly which one).
