When activated, your position rank remains static. While other players cross the finish line, your rank starts to increase all the way up to 1st. So this ends allowing you to always win the race. It is not necessary to cross the finish line to win the race. You can supplement this with some sort of Perfect Timer code to help you always win the race. If someone else is using this code and the same Timer Code as you (excluding the old Classic version), the WW will stall and all players in the room will get disconnected.
