Hi,

has anyone an adress where I could hook in to evaluate incoming data of other players during a race?

but this seems only relevant during establishing a connection when being in private rooms.

That function's used for all incoming game-specific p2p traffic, not just private room setup, you might run into hook conflicts with wiimmfi depending on where you do it though, or possibly using the address for the wrong region

I just used it to set up a private room, and I have never tried using the address for the wrong area.
