Perfect Timer [Bully]
Timer remains at all perfect zeroes, finishes at all perfect zeroes and logs in perfect zero'd laps everywhere.
TT: All perfect zeroes will be logged in for new time and flap. Character will cheer. All perfect zero'd time will be saved on time scroll and on ghost data. Ghost data will NOT corrupt.
Offline VS: The perfect timer acts as a display modifier. Doesn't effect your VS race results.
Offline Battle: Rooms never end, timer stalls at 3:00.
