This isn't exactly what you requested but i posted this just in case another coder/dev wants to modify this to where once you use a shock, you are also shocked. It shouldn't be too tough to make considering the information given in this current source. Fyi for online, it will only work for you, no way to make it force to the other players.

However, I used this code to run with a ghost in a TT. Then it freezes.
There was no problem if I was running alone. Is there a solution to this problem?

Why would you want to use a shock in TT's?
Code works in normal races from my testing.
