Code removes the time limit in between blooper uses. Only effects you. Does not work against blooper limiters.

Did that and also for POWs years ago, pretty interesting code huh? Hopefully wr can change the limit of bloopers/ppw that can be on the screen at once
EDIT: I might have been mistaken, I think your code changes the time between obtainable Bloopers? Mine allows using Bloopers even if one is in use (Item hacks)
