Force 30 FPS [Nick Reynolds]
This code is a MUST have if your Dolphin (on Android) seems to almost be good enough to run at 60 fps but isn't quite there. The code will force the game to cap the FPS at 30, which can make your dolphin emulation no longer drop frames.

I mean, isn't it already always 60fps? (outside of multiplayer ofc but, there is a code to disable that)

I have not found one. This also works in Item Rain if this code is below the Item Rain code in the code list
