Timer Clock Display Modifier Version 3 [Vega]

Yet another version. This is better than Version 2 as it occurs earlier in the game and it also ends up writing the changes to two spots in memory (the two spots repsonsible for the display value of the timer). Version 2 was only changing the value the game read from a spot in memory.

Offline only. This code will change the Timer Value to whatever you want. It's a display modification only. Actual timer of the match still works.

XXX = Any value from 0 thru 3E7.
