Remove Ability Limit [Vega]

This code will set every Character's Ability limit to 0x7F which will allow you to equip the max amount of Z items, with whatever combination you want. The required amount to reach the max character's z points will be messed with, but it's just a display issue.

The code is temporary until you decide to save your data, then all the effects from the code will be permanent.
