This will disable the two demo movies that appear when leaving the title screen idle after a short period of time.

It can go in either one. Obviously, Diamond wanted it in this category. Imo, visual codes are thing like Transparency Modifiers, HUD Modifiers, Color Modifiers, Size Modifiers (that don't effect the hitbox and what not), etc
