This code amplifies sound effects in the BRSAR and makes the sounds last a few seconds longer then normal, Just a corruption code, I have a lot of these.

Why is the code compiled as an Insert ASM when a RAM write can suffice? Also does the term NTSC mean for NTSC-U or NTSC-J?
