Mario Kart Wii Gecko Codes, Cheats, & Hacks

Hey everyone,

I joined here mainly for one problem that I have and I wondered if someone could enlighten me 
I don't know if this is the right forum since it's related to the RKG file format (ghosts) so technically not code creation.
If it is, in what section could I best post about it? And if not, what place would you recommend?
